Creightons beef is sourced locally from our family farm in the rich grassland of the Clogher Valley in Co. Tyrone. We finish suckler cattle, meaning the herd is specifically bred for beef. We are proud to say we can stand over full traceability, from gate to plate! This ensures that you, our valued customer, can be assured of a premium product and excellent, local quality. The beef is hung on the bone for 21 days, which we believe, from our experience, maximizes tenderness and flavour. It is then delivered to our highly skilled butchers, to produce the highest quality of beef cuts for you.
